Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7–14 days after receiving the item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.

Not applicable for perishable goods, customized items, or products marked as non-returnable.

If the return is due to the merchant’s error, the merchant covers the shipping cost; otherwise, the customer covers it.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
